Jerry E. Bain, shareholder, is certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and focuses exclusively on marital law. He is a Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Mr. Bain is admitted to practice in state courts and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Texas and his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Bain is active in the community and served on the Texas State Bar Association Family Law Exam Commission.

Married to the same wonderful lady for 30+ years, and three children.

Member of Christ Episcopal Church. Vestry Member for two terms.

Jerry's office is in Tyler, Texas, the county seat of Smith County, but he regularly practices all over East Texas. He makes regular court appearances in Longview, Gregg County; Palestine, Anderson County; Rusk, Cherokee County; Henderson, Rusk County; Quitman, Wood County; Athens, Henderson County; and Canton, Van Zandt County. He also takes cases in Rains County, Hopkins County, Franklin County, Camp County, Upshur County, Panola County, Angelina County,Dallas County,Houston County, and Freestone County.
